History
Czech beer brewing dates back over a thousand years, with some of the earliest records of brewing in Bohemia dating to the 10th century. The country is home to some of the world’s oldest breweries, including Pilsner Urquell, which introduced the world to the famous Pilsner-style lager in 1842. This golden lager became a global sensation and is now one of the most replicated beer styles worldwide.
